State Engineer Adopts Rules and Regulations Governing the Appropriation and Use of the Surface Waters of New Mexico (effective date January 31, 2005)

State Engineer Adopts Rules and Regulations for Surface Water Administration (effective date January 31, 2005): Revised rules and regulations for Surface Water Administering were adopted by the State Engineer on January 31, 2005. The rules and regulations were made public in May, went to hearing in Santa Fe on June 21, 2004, and were revised as appropriate in response to public comments.
