
Water Rights Forms
INSTRUCTIONS - How to Submit Applications/Forms
For use by customers and staff that wish to type into the forms vs. filling them out by hand.
The Water Rights forms are provided on this website, in most cases, in two formats, PDF format in the Form Number column (with the links like "wr-##") and MS Word format in the column with the links of the title of the application/form. This is to allow people that want to print the form and fill it out by hand to do so using the PDF format, and the people that want to save the form and fill it out electronically to do so using the MS Word format.
The following is what you need to do to fill the forms out electronically:
- Click the title of the form you wish to fill out.
- Once this has come up in MS Word, do a "Save As.." and save this form to your own machine.
- You can now fill out the form on your machine, save it and print it.
(Sorry, because we need original signatures on the document, we can not accept applications/forms that are emailed in to our office at this time. You need to print the forms then sign them and get them to a District Office in your area.)
To fill out the PDF application/form by hand, click the form number of the form desired then print the form.
