Bureau Chief, John Longworth

Subdivision proposals submitted by county governments are evaluated to determine whether or not they satisfy the requirements of the New Mexico Subdivision Act and County Subdivision Regulations.

The following subdivision proposals were reviewed by the Office of the State Engineer's Water Use and Conservation Bureau pursuant to the related County Subdivision Regulations and provisions of the New Mexico Subdivision Act. The staff memorandum gives the opinion rendered by this office.

The Office of the State Engineer is prepared to re-evaluate the subdivision proposal when the required information is submitted to us through the county.

If you have questions, please contact John Longworth at (505) 827-6121 in Santa Fe.
