Detect Fix A Leak

Some water leaks, such as a dripping faucet, are obvious. Other water leaks can be virtually invisible, such as a leaky toilet flapper or a leaky irrigation pipe. A water meter keeps track of how much water passes into your home. The readings from your water meter determine the amount that you are billed for water usage by your water utility. The water meter and the water bill can be valuable tools in determining if you have any water leaks.

“Who’s responsible for a leak?  If the leak is in the street or before your utility meter, the leak is the responsibility of your public water supplier.  Please contact them as soon as possible.  If the leak is between your meter and your home, even if it is outside the house, the leak is still your responsibility.”
