File a Complaint of Discrimination
The Office of the State Engineer/Interstate Stream Commission (OSE/ISC) prohibits discrimination and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), age (40 or older), ancestry, disability, serious medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity, or spousal affiliation.
If you believe you have been discriminated against based on the any of the protected classes listed above and wish to file a complaint, you may file a complaint with the Human Rights Division at:

If you believe you have been discriminated against based on the any of the protected classes listed above and wish to have the OSE/ISC review your complaint, click the link below. Please include: name, telephone number, email address and nature of complaint.
Complaints will be reviewed by the Agency's Human Resources Director, who acts as the Agency's Coordinator to carry out compliance with Civil Rights Laws.
